Is a 200h YTT required to join the 300h training?
Yes. Completion of a certified 200h Yoga Teacher Training is a mandatory prerequisite. This 300h course is an advanced-level program designed to deepen your personal practice, teaching skills and spiritual understanding.
If your 200h was not with Ahimsa Yoga School,
you are still welcome to apply.
Will I be able to register with Yoga Alliance after this training?
Yes. Once you complete this 300h program, and if you already hold a 200h certification, you will be eligible to register as RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance — the highest international recognition for yoga teachers.
Do I have to attend all sessions to get certified?
Yes. Full participation is required to receive your 300h certificate. This is an immersive experience — your presence is essential for your learning and for the integrity of the group.
Is this training suitable for everyone?
This training is designed for dedicated yoga practitioners ready for deep transformation. It includes advanced asana, inner work, philosophy and emotional integration. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, we’re happy to guide you in a discovery call.
Is the Thai Massage 50h course included?
No, but it is offered as an optional add-on the week before this training (March 30 – April 5, 2026). Participants of the 300h training can join at a special discounted rate.
How many students will be in the group?
We keep the group small and intimate (maximum 13 people) to ensure personalized support, individual feedback, and a strong sense of community.
Are flights and transportation included?
No. Flights, airport transfers and medical/travel insurance are not included. However, we’ll assist you with travel recommendations to get to Paraíso Ahimsa smoothly.
What language is the training in?
The training is conducted in English, with some optional support in Spanish when needed.
